yup just got back from the doctor... she gave me the prostate exam and said I had weird balls, she prescribed me anti biotics and told me not to eat spicy foods, no coffee and no beer at night... its like so what? am I supposed to drink only during the day ? lol

sounds more like she was trying to subtly suggest to you self-mutilation or outright suicide.
