Truthfully Rook, you really are reading into that insinuation as being "harmful" because you don't particularly care for my tactics and think my endgame is to be "harmful". Again, someone that is "not passive"....could take the approach of trying to introduce the grocer to a different and more efficient canning company so similar fuckups don't happen again, which could potentially be more profitable for the grocer all the while I might get some kind of cut as a commission, or even just be able to take home a superior product in the future.

And if you take careful note of how I've been approaching Arnox throughout a lot of this, much of my focus has been the bigger picture of what it takes to attract and retain new users. I've been saying that time and time again, IMPLORING him to reassess what it means to mod someone that doesn't stand for the ideals or fit in with the culture/subject matter we are discussing here. And instead of giving me or anyone else a legitimate answer about any of that, he's been insulting and dismissive.....despite the fact I myself have been trying to point out a way he could make this place more viable and enjoyable.

So yeah, my verbiage may be a bit harsh and scathing....but just because I'm not a passive person and taking my business elsewhere, doesn't automatically equate that my intents are "harmful". Whether to Arnox personally, or the website as a whole.

 And that... sounds great. I'm not even being sarcastic. I... don't see anything to nitpick at. And maybe this was your point from the get-go, but at least it now sounds very sensible to me... could have just been prior wording, communication breakdowns are fickle bitch like that. When all is said and done, I can see that you really do care about the future of this board and its ideals. You obviously want to continue the preservation of something that most of us here have played at least some role in, whether at &T or &Z.

 Honestly, I'm glad we've come to an understanding. And I'll admit that my initial.. "get over it or GTFO" approach was a bit brash and really.. not constructive in the least. I think it's when unnecessary vulgarities are thrown around, it really detracts from your earnest goal of wanting to see this place thrive and succeed in the ideal that it is obviously trying to represent given the board formats, members, etc.. You, on the other hand, I have seen spewing flames at people multiple times AND will just not let go of the fact that she was modded, even though her modding has, in no way affected your posting on this site, AND it has been over a week now I think since she was modded.

2. The definition of spam on this site has stayed the same since its inception. It is defined in the VERY FIRST rule you see. In the entire short history of this site, NO ONE has ever been banned out of emotion by anyone. Ever.

1. Equanimity has been one of the nicest people on here. You, on the other hand, I have seen spewing flames at people multiple times AND will just not let go of the fact that she was modded, even though her modding has, in no way affected your posting on this site, AND it has been over a week now I think since she was modded.

2. The definition of spam on this site has stayed the same since its inception. It is defined in the VERY FIRST rule you see. In the entire short history of this site, NO ONE has ever been banned out of emotion by anyone. Ever.

1) You keep continuing to spew this nonsense about Zek being "nice"(subjective observation)...but again it has absolutely NOTHING to do with your original requisites you've mandated in regard to mod selection. Not in your mission statement, and no in earlier discussions about being professional, stable, fair, etc.

And you also keep glossing over the fact his outlook/ideology/posting habits are the absolute anti-thesis of most of the subject matter that is discussed here. He is not a leader or example of the tone or atmosphere of this place. Even if there was a consensus that he was "nice", and was Paypalling every member $10/weekly out of his "nice" heart...he STILL wouldn't fit in or be an appropriate leader. When will you address THAT part of the equation, and quit leaning on the crutch of "nice" as your only explanation for modding this freak?

2) The whole point is, you do NOT moderate/infract/ban for any of the other "spam"....just the posts that hurt your feelings or other member's of the staff feelings. Bling Bling is a perfect example of that, you've allowed thread after thread after thread of his nonsensical non-communicative tripe up all the time. But WHEN exactly do you finally moderate his idiocy? Only when it mocks someone on staff. Period.

3) And as everyone else has been stating NUMEROUS TIMES..."flaming" is THE ENTIRE FUCKING POINT OF B&M. You either need to delete the section entirely, or just stay out of it yourself completely. Because if you are this thin skinned as well as ignorant to the culture of that section (along with being so woefully ignorant of a section description most 3rd graders can latch onto)....then every single time you continue to whine about people bitching and flaming in the appropriate section you only continue to tarnish your own reputation and credibility.
