God knows, it's a long-standing totse tradition that an Admin mod's at least one retard or asshole, but you need to rectify this nonsense because IntoSanctuary simply doesn't have the economy of scale to hide a turd like E' for long. If the majority of the userbase don't fucking want someone as a mod then the Admin/owner saying 'but it's my site' is like pissing into the wind. Except when the wind drops it doesn't mean you've won, it means people are going elsewhere and your site is dying because of your stubborness.

In this case it doesn't matter if you insist she's so far abided by your rules for mods and your reasons for modding her were sound (!?), she's turning you into a laughing stock.

Spectre, I have looked through your last 30 posts and only a grand total of three of them weren't complaining about this site or me. I have long ago tried discussing things with you but all you wanted to do at the time was focus on how bad my "attitude" was.

So you'll excuse me if I don't exactly pay too much attention to you anymore. If at all.

To merge a shitload of hate threads for an individual is one thing, but to try and merge all general staff hate comments into a single thread is simply an abuse of authority and shows an incredible level of butthurt on the part of the staff. Nobody is going to respect incredible butthurt on the part of the staff.

I come here to talk about various interesting topics with a wide variety of people.   Different people bring their unique viewpoints with them.  The general staff behavior that I have observed lately is not attractive.   In fact,  I believe many would find it repulsive and repulsive behavior will drive people away.  Inevitability the variety of viewpoints to discuss and argue over will diminish until there is no real point in discussing anything,  and no point in coming here.  Therefore,  for the sake of our community and the spread of free information, I sincerely hope this does not happen.

If it does, I would say the staff would be at fault.  The staff should not censor or propagate any particular opinions.   The purpose of a mod is to organize the forum.  It should not be treated as a club for privileged people.   It is a responsibility and obligation to ensure the survival and growth of our community.

If you want something to grow, give it good soil to grow in.  Treat it well and it will become something unique and beautiful all on it's own.  If you decide you want to shape and design it and keep it under your control,  you will probably end up killing it.
