If HB started out as the trash pile, and evolved into it's own community (which clearly wouldn't have happened if not for an unmet need), then maybe it's time for a new trash pile. Call the subforum The Round File or something. Then again, maybe NIMF is supposed to be serving that purpose, but people sure don't seem happy with the current arrangement.
