The Gofundme Scam
« on: October 13, 2014, 02:28:11 am »
Right now I'm working on a gofundme hustle which isn't illegal. I created a Facebook fake account of a teen sexy girl. Right now it has climbed up a lot. I want to attach a gofundme to my Facebook and ask people to donate $7 bucks and I'll give them a pic of my teen ass, well of course its not my pics. I'll go on Google and find a naked teen pic of a girl from the back and say it was me lol Or maybe I'll say I need more for my education of trying to go to college next year lol I will then donate $100 bucks to myself because it takes $100 bucks before they make your gofundme page public which is important because now everyone can see my page and I can score money. I will for sure think of something real sad so people can donate lol

find a set of a girl online, so you have a bunch of pictures...then target sleezy old men on facebook, trick them with the promise of more photos...keep going till you are done with the folder.

what is gofundme's cut?
Ill give you a hands-free prostate exam with the same instrument I use as a tongue depressor

They take a small cut majority of the money will be yours but you gotta get over the $100 bucks for it to go public

I'll keep you updated. My best idea right now but keep in mind I been sipping lol is to take a real pic of a homeless man. I will get his real name then I'll ask folks to help him. I will give him some of the money but will keep the majority. Let's see how it goes.

That is a good idea as people may ask for updates and you can get it

... a gofundme hustle which isn't illegal...
I have some doubts about this not being illegal...

But hey... if you can pull it off (and i'm pretty sure you could) then why not?  I'd love to see the outcome  :crooked:

It's not. As long as you don't use their real information it isn't identity theft.

I wasn't thinking about identity theft.
But there's still the issue of setting up a fraudulent account set up specifically to commit fraud...
Using someone's picture without their explicit consent is to the best of my knowledge also illegal (atleast it is definately illegal where i live)
Plenty of civil lawsuit possibilities from gofundme (loss of reputation, probably a dozen or so terms of use, ...)
Plenty of civil lawsuit possibilities for the girl's pics you used
These are just a few i could make up while typing...

Not saying it wouldn't be a cool scam and all but if you get caught, my best guess is you're pretty screwed

Not if she posted the pictures for public consumption online. Also an argument could be made that it technically isn't fraud, because they were voluntarily giving someone free money to do with as they please ("False Pretenses" might be a stumbling block here, but they weren't being offered any goods or services and there was no charitable implication). Not to mention that someone would need to somehow prove that the account is fake. Considering you aren't using a real person's name/info and the pics are legit there is almost no way to do this. Facebook isn't going to do a serious and through background check just because some guy said.

A.) It would depend on the technicalities of GoFundMe but I'm pretty sure you can't be outright sued in court over petty Terms Of Use violations that weren't otherwise illegal. Just banned or something.

B.) Again, the girls pics aren't protected legally if she posted them publicly somewhere. Now if you somehow hacked into something and used private pics then yes.

set up everything through a proxy, if the shit hits the fan delete everything, and pull the money out.

also post up on sites like MeetMe, pedos LOVE that site.

where are you going to get the photos? I want to know where you would get a good mix of nudes and regular shots.

I see mad potential here, if it was me, I would try to recreate the "potato salad party" or something off the walls retarded that got a bunch of cash...just because it got a bunch of cash.

It will go public after $100 bucks but it might take them within 2 days to make it happen. The best thing now is to keep posting it on Facebook. I built a Facebook of about 4k friends but still trying to get more.
