I think thats already been agreed upon. There might be a few in there that go beyond the boundaries of time, but the rest would only be good for as a reference or to showcase history. Then again, when it comes to those guides that are based on tweaking old technology, those are probably still very useful.. a lot of old technology still exist today and is easily accessible. There have been plenty of situations where modern technology have faltered and been breached simply because of the innovative use of old forgotten technology..
