Not all niacin is equal. No flush niacin isn't effective. You want immediate release.

Niacin + drinking fucktons of water + avoid eating fat 24 hours in advance = pass.

You can't beat the test. The best you can do is find someone with clean piss and use their sample as yours. Stored piss should be refrigerated.
