First, a disclaimer: Fuck you feds…I make this in the name of freedom of speech.

Counterfeiting is an old art. It was alive and well in the days of The Romans, when the word “Dinari” was coined, the Latin word for money. It is alive and well today, though very few can do it properly. I am going to tell you what I know here, I will try to be brief yet as descriptive as possible so that you get it. I also have videos but I do expect real world money for those, as in a money transfer, moneygram preferably but it is not necessary if you do not want the videos. Just pay close attention.
The first and biggest problem you face is the paper. It is not really paper, you cannot just go to office depot and buy it, in fact, you can’t buy it anywhere. This is why when some idiot prints on normal copy paper it feels completely wrong. US money is made of fabric, about 70% cotton/30% linen, that goes through a very long and complicated process to make the finished product. Theoretically, you could actually make it, but the necessary machinery would take millions of dollars and would most certainly put you on the Secret Service’s radar. There are several options:
1.   Use cotton paper, you can get this on Amazon.
2.   Use newsprint, there are various sources for this.
Each one has its ups and downs. Cotton paper has the most obvious benefit: It is fabric, not paper! But it is not entirely like money since a different process is employed to make it, so it does feel much better than paper but not 100% right. Another thing is that you can only use one sheet for the entire bill because you will not find it thinner than 20 grams. This means a greater challenge when it comes to watermarks and security strips.
Newsprint is available thin enough to glue two pieces together, allowing you to place a thin “watermark” and “security strip” between both. You can make the watermark by drawing it by hand on the thinnest tracing paper you can find, you will ideally use a light table or at least bright light source to see the watermark properly. You can do the same with the strip or just use a dark gray line, most people are stupid and will not inspect either of the two like a bank would, so you do not have to be Picasso. As long as both are there, most people will just glance and accept that they are real. The biggest problem with newsprint is how it feels. To get the proper feel, or at least close enough, you will have to experiment with hairspray and pray varnish. This is the preferred method of the people I learned from: Arthur Williams and Albert Talton.
I prefer cotton paper because of the feel. You can print the security strip and watermark on the back before printing the back part of the bill, yes it will show if people look hard enough, but most people do not. They will look through the front and see it. You have to scan the dead president on the particular bill that you want and work the image on Photoshop to get a smaller grayish version, I have detailed videos of this.
So far, this takes care of the paper, watermark, and security strip. There are various security features that must still be overcome:
1.   Color shifting ink.
2.   Micro-printing.
3.   Intaglio.
4.   Ultraviolet ink.
The color shifting ink is remarkably easy to get from car shops that paint cars since that is what it was first commercially used for. Look around. You then use a stamp to stamp each individual bill. Getting the stamp made might be a bit difficult since some people are nosy. Try at Home Office. Claim that it is for an art project.
Micro-printing only matters if you get caught because The secret Service will certainly look closer than ordinary people, but if you pass in malls, bars, and everyday places, people will not look for for micro printing.
The biggest problem after having the right “paper” is how money is actually printed. Intaglio printing is a technique in which the image is incised into a surface, and the incised line or sunken area holds the ink; this is what produces the raised feel on paper and not just the paper itself. Doing this properly will require a big commercial printer that not only takes up a lot of space, but can also be quite expensive and complicated to run and maintain. Also, a big AB DICK will churn like a motherfucker, so if you have neighbours, they might start to get suspicious. Add to that that it will take quite some time to learn how to use it properly, and you begin to understand that the old breed really were artists.
Most people now use desktop publishing. In the right hands, this method can produce amazing results. You will have to experiment with Photoshop and look for a printer and scanner that has exceptional quality and has not been compromised with anti-counterfeiting software. I have an old Canon that is quite exceptional. Practice makes perfect and you will go through loads of ink and paper before you produce something that is acceptable, but when you do, nothing can beat the feeling!
Security strips nowadays are printed with ultraviolet ink so that they glow under ultraviolet light. I believe that if you get to this point, you no longer need my help! My videos are available for a price. Stay strong be weary of the feds.

I believe the ultra violet strip may be printed on using an empty cartridge filled with uv ink and aligned with the sheet on your photo software and printed.
