Do you have downs or something?

Are you one of those faggots who think that Gamespot's completely corrupt or something even though they have no problem tearing popular games a new one?

Not corrupt, just stupid.  They just have that "new-school" gamer vibe to them that I can't stand.  If you showed them pong they'd give it a 2/10 sorta shit.  They do have a lot of good game reviews, but when it comes to the great ones like the original half life, or resident evil they just fall short of doing them justice and give other games, like the latest Mario or something, too much credit.  I suppose I was over doing it a little by asking if you had downs for recommending them, but come on, who recommends gamespot?

Well, if you're just looking at scores, MAYBE I could see why you would think this. However, you should always read the full reviews. Now, if you want to see something stupid, IGN has that in freaking spades. Terrible reviews combined with some inaccurate journalism and their articles are written by idiots. Just recently, they did an article on the Halo Collection coming out, saying that 343 most likely made it to see which game's multiplayer people would play the most. What?

You want to know what online multiplayer gamers will be playing? Halo: CE/Halo 2. You know why? For the simple fact that it's something new.

No, I mean, people haven't been able to play it again till now because they took the servers offline a long time ago. So, in that respect, it's new. Halo: CE multiplayer on Live though, that's completely new for the Xbox.

I just started it today and it's pretty cool. I have it on PC. I do like playing it as the vigilante style not killing anyone. The missions and gang hang outs I go through using the take downs only.

People need to stop following releases of things and it'll let you actually enjoy them. I go into video games the same way I go into movies. Completely blind. You can enjoy it for what it is. Things are much better. I'm not sitting there on NeoGAF following every developer tweet and update and hanging on all the reviews. Too many people do that and then a really good game becomes a "mediocre" game just because you decided to hit "refresh" on the website every single day. Stop being a weirdo.

The same shit happened with Titanfall and the same shit is going to happen with the new Smash Brothers and Destiny.
