Pinworms are a possibility, but they're much more common in little kids who have trouble putting dirty things in their mouths. Unless OP has a scat fetish...
OP probably has/had a yeast infection. Wash it, dry it, and keep it dry. Repeat as necessary.
For the past few years I've been limited mobility because of my weight and had trouble cleaning my house until my aunt came over and nearly passed out from the smell. I still think the pinworm was contributed to that fact. I have a maid now but she has not been over in weeks as I am maxed out on credit cards and have nearly nothing to my name and piling medical bills
You dont need a maid...make your aunt do the cleaning...thatll save money. Then for extra spending money you could pimp her out on craigslist.

The amount of trash surrounding me is unbelievable. It sucks because i know it smells bad but you get used to it. These bed sores on my underside are so painful when I stand up, but they go numb when I sit down I think the circulation makes the pain go away.
Shower? Forget about it. Water pumps broke and simply cannot afford to fix.
