New Theme Available

A new theme has now been fully installed for you guys. Let me know if any of you have any problems with it.

Theme Name: Neutrality

For those who can't find the theme settings:

Profile > Account settings > Modify profile > Look and layout > Change theme

Also, is there any chance that the forums with no new posts can be coloured orange like in the other themes?

Been using this theme today and have noticed that you managed to fix the recent topic list and removed the green forum status sign that didn't go too well with this theme. Nice man

I did but have have been kinda busy/lazy also I just got my first warning and will likely be banned soon for whatever reason so meh.
