Closed threads sort of punch you in the eyes with this color scheme. Theoretically threads get closed because their shit/break the rules but they're really bright and overly noticeable.

You can change that in the settings if you haven't figured it out, there's an option called "Return to topics after posting by default".

Maybe that would be nice, but you have to admit it's kinda frivolous. You can still edit out all the extra nested quotes if you want. The effort it takes to do that is practically negligible.
