Banned Members In Shoutbox

Shiva's been badgering me about this, so for his peace of mind, and to make it official, vote here as to whether you want people banned for a fixed period of time to be able to post in the Shoutbox.

WARNING: Keep in mind, if it's decided that banned members aren't allowed to access the shoutbox, this means they will NOT be allowed to log in at all.

They're banned and banned should mean just that. You don't pass go and you don't collect $200.

No. It just doesn't make sense to let banned members still be a part of the site. They come into chat box and wont actually learn there are consequences.

It just makes you look weak if you let them back.

i vote yes because:

1) ill vote against anything that retard hazza comes up with for the simple reason he couldnt come up with a good idea if one crawled up his ass and exploded out of his chest alien chest-burster style

2) based on what ive seen with arnoxs idiotic interpretation of banning, yea...leave the chat feature open for use unless they abuse it. 

3) based on the spam hazza posts in there, repeatedly, with no repercussions,  it is the epitome of hypocrisy for him to so much as suggest this
