How do I remove abcesses from my bowels?

I was hoping the doctors would be able to remove some of my character defects as well but that is not the case. They keep flaring up all the time. What do?

The 'abscess' was probably latent HPV infection from taking nutshots up his bunghole.

im betting the abscess is a result of someone plowing his ass so often the turds never have a chance to work their way out the proper exit.  instead they continuously get rammed back in until they form a giant bowel obstruction
