I don't get this idea that putting up a captcha or challenge question is gonna stop these stupid fucks. All they're gonna do is manually get around that in a matter of seconds by manually entering the required information and then posting the CP manually right after that. The truth is, YOU CAN'T STOP THEM WITH AUTOMATED SHORTCUTS! They're on solid proxies or they wouldn't be posting that shit. They're not using bots to do it either. The single and only way you can truly stop them is to have a present and active moderation team who kills their posts within seconds of posting it. That means you have to have at least two staff members sitting on ALL the posts like a spider on a web waiting patiently for the next fly to land. Yes, people have lives and it's a busy world, but there's absolutely no reason you cannot have at least two staff members thoroughly and continuously surfing the new threads and acting as your eye in the sky. If the shitbirds can't keep the pics up for more than a couple of minutes, they're fucked. There's no shortcut in this. There's no work-around in this. This situation definitely requires an old-school solution. Solid moderation is the only possible way to combat this effectively... period. I would recommend one member from the current staff, one of you who has the ability to be on here perpetually with integrity and without excuse during the night, and a trusted non-current member be promoted to handle continuous monitoring of new threads and posts during the day. Both should be full global moderators with full powers. I would strongly recommend DaGuru or Slave of the Beast for that position, since they have already proven themselves to be highly dependable and both have huge amounts of integrity and sensibility when the chips are down, and even when they aren't down. They are both more than capable. For the holidays and away vacation time of those two watchers, I would suggest take on a third capable and proven trustworthy non-current staff member to fill those holes - someone who is already known to be completely trustworthy and has integrity. I would highly recommend 'Ed Rush for that job. Between the three of you, there's no reason whatsoever this situation cannot be completely resolved once and for all. If the kiddie fiddlers can't keep their CP on the boards for longer than a minute or two, they're fucked royally. That right there is their Achilles heel in all this, so exploit it for all it's worth, because that's all you can really do and still allow the member-base to grow and expand.
