-You get some high quality butcher meat
-Don't season it with faggy american seasoning shit
-Get mezquite charcoal; avoid gas grills
-Get that charcoal to white embers
-Toss your meat, add that thick salt
-Flip it only once
-Let it cool a bit before you cut it
-For sauce and stuff, get avocados and make some salsa bandera (google how to make salsa bandera, it's very easy)
-Cut the meat as you please, get some mashed avocado as you please and smother it on a tortilla, throw your meat, put salsa bandera on top, squeeze a lime on it and enjoy
