FREE 20$ FROM NETSPEND

easiest 20$ bill ive made

You can message me if you need help..... When you sign up for a prepaid netspend master card they give you 20$ basically once you load $40 onto it. Then you can just deposit the money into your bank acct so you get your 40$ back plus a free 20$ or you can go straight to an atm and take it out, ITS NOT A CREDIT CARD. ITS A MASTERCARD GIFTCARD

1. Click here http://www.mynetspendcard.com?uref=6264978403 or type  into your Web browser.

2. You will receive your Net Spend "MasterCard" Debit card within 10 business days. Mine made it here in 4 days.

3. Once you receive the card, log into NetSpend and activate it.

4. In order to get the FREE $20, you'll need to load the card with a minimum of $40.00 using PayPal, a bank account or one of the other many options. You can also add cash to your card in person at many retail locations(7-11's etc.) and check cashing stores. If you enter your ZIP code on the website it will show participating locations nearest you.

5. Once you load the $40.00, NetSpend will instantly add $20.00 to your available balance on the card. No waiting. I confirmed this myself with my own card.

6. Go to the ATM and withdraw the $60.00 total from your card or spend the funds at your local store, online, or wherever you can use a credit card. Yes, if you withdraw the money via ATM or cash back, you'll be hit with the $2.00 fee for a PIN transaction or a $2.50 ATM Fee (would only be $17.50 -- $18.00 bonus in this case). But, you can avoid the fee by ACH transferring it for free back to your bank.

7. ??????

If you want any help you can message me and i'll help you. This is seriously the easiest 20$ ive made.

this sounds like scam on someones part.  i havent gone through it in enough detail to figure out where but the overall post makes it obvious

edit:
heres how it goes.  getting the $20 is essentially the same as a ponzi scheme, assuming all players cooperate to make it happen.  that is the best part of the deal.  the worst part is the netspend card may have access to the credit card networks (how merchants and banks transfer the money for transactions amongst themselves) but it has no liability protections that is offered to the holders of 'real' visa/mastercard cards. meaning, if the card is used fraudulently or if the issuer (netspend in this case) decides to fuck the card holder (excessive fees, keeping their deposit without compensation), there is virtually no recourse on the law books protecting the consumer.

additionally...there is very little, to no regulatory oversight on these types of cards, compared to regular bank debit cards or credit cards.  the fees charged are fucking absurd, and should be heavily regulated under usury laws.

theyre not even a bank, theyre reistered as a 'transmitter/payment instrument issuer' which means they have little to no enforceable rules to protect their customers.  i found a legal case that was settled by the FL atty general because of their fucked up practices. i had to use a limited-access legal service because there was nothing on google about it.  granted, any court case is public record, yet i couldnt find it on a google search using assorted legalese terms that should have brought it up.

in essence, this 'netspend' card is directed to people who cant or wont get a bank account using a method of extracting the last few dollars from those in society that are least able to afford it.  avoid these types of cards and get a real credit union or bank account card

Hm. Could it be repeated somehow?

I'm thinking about going over to all my friends houses and using their wifi and signing them up under my refferal code, then once they get the card in the mail i'll pick it up. take it to 7/11 and load the 40$ on, then 20$ will go into their acct and 20$ will go into mine. and then i'll just cash out their card at atm. So essentially im making 40$ for every refferal with my friends.

I already got my card and loaded 40$ on from 7/11 via cash because i didnt want to link bank acct info or credit card info to net spend. And they put 20 in my acct right way then i just withdrew it all (60) from the atm. I don't care if they're a bank or not, i'm not looking to bank with them or whatever. I havent paid them anything

if its working for you, more power to you.  from everything ive read this company is essentially a scam taking advantage of those less financially savvy.  good luck with your collecting, and hopefully you dont get ripped off at some point.  when you do be sure to post the details

Infinity, it doesn't sound like he intends to use the card as advertised. He's just in it for the promotional $20 and out afterwards. Am I missing something? Are you just being a paternal liberal faggot?

If u dont like my assessment ur more than welcome to not read it.

I didn't do enough digging but my initial impression is the card issuer offers the $20 in exchange for shanghaing other people into giving the card issuer money and personal identifying info. The card issuer reciprocate s to the original person for their subsequent victims

Its a scam somewhere, thats for sure.  The specifics of it I haven't worked out

I also suspect the OP subscribed to this site for no other reason than to hook victims...perhaps as a shill for the card issuer

The paternal liberal thing made no sense whatsoever

And i was previously on totse before it shut

youre nothing but a shill...either directly for the company to bring them new victims, or freelance to find victims for your own subscriptions.  either way, youre only here to promote your scam, not to be a productive or even useful member of the site.  youre no different than one of those porn bots.  hell...you may even be a bot
