Everyone says they won't snitch, but one never really knows until the first time one is confronted with an investigator. 

So are we to assume that the administrator of the theoretical 'site similar but not as stuck up as zoklet' will have enough of a history of encountering law enforcement and will be savvy enough to know not to be browbeaten into submission?

There are plenty of admins who share your views, hold a disregard for the law and launch CP attacks on other sites. Sorry, but most site operators respect the part of the law that requires them to comply with court orders/subpoenas/summons or join you in a jail cell.

words words words.  truth is you can't trust anyone these days, and those who say that you can trust them, are usually the ones you can count on not to trust.  You also don't use your own unique identity, instead hiding behind the names and reputations of others.  I am even an outsider to these communities and don't have a clue who is who in all this but I do have good common sense and have been doing this a long time.

About the "other site", I'd have to know what it is first before I could make any comments or suggestions about it, so I can research it for myself and make an informed opinion for myself.
