you see when we play games you write stupid shit then what you do is wait for a response. let me explain if one was to go and place posts around a site stating things that make no sense it would trigger a reaction, a reaction  in those who it meant something too. For instance one or several of  you have expressed a liking in english and grammar hold up let me explain further you see when a group of lads says today I'm gonna be a telephone tough guy i mean internet tough guy they do these attacks and fuck with peoples sit4s but you see they do it in groups to cause chaos to gain entrance all while the group of a few keep in touch. this brings me back to my proper spelling and how there are those who like to make corrections and there  peanut gallery. which then make these comments like nice english bringing me back to when i was a young fuck. anyway these attackers keep in touch by doing so they allow people such as someone with a machine that these fucks dream about that discloses languages like C for instance. the more languages you can speak the more countries you can visit and more people you can communicate with  too but most of all they're able to understand.  this whole writing is intended to make you say what the fuck

I know right? A forum without a reputation system in anyway is better. Like Arnox pointed out, it can be very deceiving for the ratings are rarely fair. You and I are probably the only one on the same line here besides Arnox.

This is just my personal opinion, before I get to that I do want to address and thank Arnox for taking in some of us refugees and being patient and resilient with the extra traffic, ddos, cp etc. Take a bow.

My opinion on the "thanks" system being integrated here is an act of a give and take. You guys were cool enough to welcome us here, but in return the forum is now much more active due to the migration. The thanks system was nice for wanting to thank someone for what they said and appreciate it. I liked that although yes our "thanked" posts were tallied up it wasn't a straight laced rep system because other people may have interests in topics that another person may not find interesting to "thank". It also brought people together in that sense as well. Lastly, I think it was a feature majority of users liked and in turn for more content on this forum now, I see it as users hoping for familiarity.

Just to clear things up, it's not Avoyel or a gang of villains who did the DDos'ing or CP against this place, it was merely a member who is signed up there and wanted everyone to go there instead of here. This person was at Zoklet and is very angry with the Zoklet staff, as am I, and figures that was the best way to get back at them after seeing them come here. This is all just still more spillover and consequences of the inept administration at Zoklet - nothing more. Sure, it easy to imagine a army hoard of iron-clad monsters dragging 5 year old kids through the streets kicking and screaming, but the actual case is just one person, very angry, wanting revenge, not in the slightest concerned about using below the belt tactics to get back at zok and his goon squad. I have precisely tracked and located this person, and I have left a few hints about my feelings on the subject. Now we'll see what the next move will be.

If Arnox does implement a "thanks" system it should only be an "in the moment" kind of thing, really. That would work out for everyone, imo. But I doubt such a feature is available (at the moment).

"Thanks" are a great way to reward people for good contributions and indicate worthy posters, but they're also used by attention-whores and kidiots who like to suck on and stroke each other's cocks. A person's posting history should be able to stand and speak for itself without the need of validation.

You could allow a thanks/rep system that only works in certain subforums and has strict limits of something like 1 per day. The problem is it ends up being a bunch of work for something pointless.
