Late reply but, buy a USFA Zip 22lr. They suck dick, but the upgrade kit is cheap, and makes it work a million times better.

If you live somewhere where guns are hard to acquire usually people who deal in drugs know arms dealers.Other option is to buy guns part by part and assemble or if you have access the welding equipment and a grinder build one,plans are all over the net for the while

Walmart has a fine selection of BB guns and air rifles.  How does anyone not know this?  I'm sure if you save up your allowance for a few months you can sneak out of your grade school during recess and go buy one.
