There's polls. They're just a little hidden. When you're in the sub-forum you want to post the poll in, you need to hit the "New Poll" button to create a thread with a poll.
Alternatively, if you've already created the thread, you can still add one in at any time by hitting the "Add Poll" button next to the "Reply" button.
