Heres how to extract fentanyl from the plastic patches and be able to inject it.
Note-Directions are assuming you use a 100mcg/hr patch. Other mcg/hr patches do not change anything except dosing measurments
1. Soak patch in 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol for at least an hour.
2. Boil or evaporate alcohol (remove patch when only a small amount of alcohol remains, make sure to save the drips on the patch)
3. Theres apprx 10mg of fent in a 100mcg/hr patch. add 7ml of water and 3ml of vinegar .
4. use plunger or something of the sort to stir and rub the bottom of your jar where the fent would be.
5. Filter and enjoy! 1ml is apprx 1mg of fentanyl which is a lot for someone not super opiate tolerant, so start small. and its a weird rush compared to anything else it definitely creeps.

Also, save the patch and glue that peels off cuz after your out you can get a second pull out of it. none of the dosing is exact but do a bit of math and you should be in the ballpark. I can go into more detail if need be but make sure you use enough alcohol to completely cover the patch since fent is only sparingly soluable in alcohol. theres also a quick way to do it with a pop can if youre sick and trying to get high quick but im sure it wastes at least a bit of it.
