Putting on gloves when you take a dump so you don't gotta wash your hands

They should have some glove dispensers of disposable gloves in public shitters so people can just put em on and pitch em and not have to do the hassle of washing their hands.

Definitely because water is way cheaper then the manufacture and distribution of the aforementioned gloves

You'd be surprised how many don't know how to take gloves off though.  And even when you wear them, you're always supposed to wash your hands after dealing with fecal matter.
