You need to take prilosec OTC, zantac or eat black pepper, all 3 are p-glycoprotein inhibitors that make loperamide permeable to pass the BBB. Also you need to take like 24 to 48 pills of imodium, anything less won't work

Loperamide supposedly metabolizes into a MPP+ related metabolite and thus might be pretty neurotoxic. Superdosing on it and helping it cross the BBB is probably not recommended.
