I have seen tons of articles about people being charged in excess for aspirin and even getting something bandaged. I can't even get into my family physician in a timely manner anymore because every Joe (Jose) Schmo and their 100 children need doctor appointments. I understand everyone has ailments but the system is beyond flawed.

Anyway,  fuck medical bills.

It really is, and we gotta do all we can to keep ourselves healthy these days. I'm 20 broke and have tried applying for Obamacare and my states shitty website still says it's down. Luckily I don't have any health problems that I know of, mental most likely, but what if I get unlucky and need medical service?? I have no intention on paying any debt, if anything I'll run it up some more and flee.

I feel ya. I was beyond frustrated with insurance this year since OC passed. I was waiting to get insurance through work and they pushed back my starting month of coverage by like 3 months, so I missed the "open enrollment" period for insurance through major medical insurance companies. I couldn't get insurance through anywhere BUT work after that so I had to wait it out till they stopped screwing with me at work. Also, a lot of major medical insurance plans are nowhere near affordable. You know you can probably qualify for state aid if you're that "broke", and get medicare and only pay like $5 per doc visit? You should look into it if you havent, you have lost a battle with the health insurance marketplace for now and can't get insurance through the big providers until enrollment for 2015 is open (there are a few exceptions to that but they're pretty strict about it)

Zok wasn't even really sick. That was just a cover story to try and save some face on the forced closure. There was no medical bills. There were no further fed/LEO requests. It was bogus. Complete bullshitter right until the very end. He was going to try and put the BBS he abandoned back in order, but when he actually sat down to look at all the serious problems, such as rank abuse of authority and kidiot infestation, he threw up his hands in surrender. He knew at that point is was way too far gone to even think about trying to pull it out of the complete shithole it was in. Stupid fuck was told a million times to get of his lazy ass and do something for the place, but he was intent on misrepresenting the BBS's actual condition in favor of his own pathetic ego.
