Just figured I let people know. I believe it varies by store. One drug store didn't have any security tags, same goes for a different drug store. I figured out that at one of those stores they did set off alarms despite not having any visible tags. Turns out the security sticker on the inside. Careful if you try opening the package because it is difficult to open and tend to make a lot of noise that will attack unwanted attention.
