No.....this cop didn't "kick ass" in any sense of the term. He took the opportunity to take a cheap shot on a completely defenseless man. Handcuffed and totally shit-faced.  It would be the equivalent of taking a couple or hours old kitten and doing the same. At least the cowardly little bitch is getting charged, this time there is no coverup thankfully.

this isnt a rare occurrence...this shit happens all the time and is never reported.  when an official complaint is made, more often than not it is swept under the rug or ignored.  if there werent video as evidence nothing would have happened

back in the olden days cops would shoot people that they felt like shooting then plant a drop-gun that they carried to cover themselves.  it was such a common occurrence that eventually officers were prohibited from carrying or even having a firearm that they hadnt been approved for
