Opiate use always leads to hypogonadism since all opiates increase estrogen levels and decrease testosterone. You can do a few things:

1. Cease opiate usage and in time things will return to normal.

2. Switch to a blend of different kratom strains and use only modest amounts. Use supplements like rhodiola rosea and bacopa to mitigate opiate-related negative testosterone effects.

3. Continue what you're doing and buy 98% icariin extract from liftmode.

That's all I got for now.

Neglected to mention, opiates increase prolactin levels quite a bit too. Prolactin is the hormone that is released after orgasm to nullfy libido due to increased dopamine.

Ah yes, I almost forgot about this. Prolactin inhibitors like bromocriptine are absolutely ace for helping your sex drive, as well as anything that will increase your base levels of testosterone or dopamine.
