Two kids got arrested for "walking around" my house, I have about 20 acres they were arrested for casing the house. Not all of it is maintained but it sure as hell is private.

If someone was walking around my property their would be prosecution. I have camera's covering the entire place. I wouldn't care if you were "having a look" private property is just that. Private.

exactly.  that is why a court would look at a trespassing charge differently.  if there is a fence around a property the charges are higher because it is a different situation.  'curtilage' is what they call it.  if there are 'no trespassing' signs posted the cop has the option to arrest a trespasser since that would be considered the warning.
