This stack was built emphasizing improvement in three main focuses of my life right now. Firstly, I began a job six months ago where I was expected to assume a quasi-leadership role among my coworkers and provide customer service, but it came with a learning curve and I needed to get over it fast. Second, I'm good with people but also have bad, free-floating anxiety that I need to work on that would undoubtedly impair my work. Third, I want to see better gains at the gym.
I find that this works very effectively for me in all of these areas, as I found myself excelling lately even though I'm quite busy and stressed. Typically it isn't expensive for me right now; maybe $20 a month for upkeep. Due to a recent change in health insurance, I've been omitting the modafinil as it's become cost-prohibitive. I was prescribed it for narcolepsy, so this is unfortunate. In the meantime, I find my cognitive performance to be similarly enhanced by a double shot of espresso and 200mg theanine.
