It hasn't happened to me since making this thread. It very well could have been just on my end. I just found it weird that other websites were working just fine at the same that that this one wasn't. Oh well.

Yeah, I don't think anyone is laughing or even smiling when someone spams a website with child porn. I don't even think they get shocked and appalled by it like the poster hopes for. I think it's just a general sense of, "You're a sad, lonely person."
