In Short I have cards I need to cash out.

One thing I though was opening a Paypal and verifying it with a Pre-Paid.

Then adding the card I want to cash out as a 2nd card.

Then go shopping using the 2nd card as the spending card

Does this work or would I need to verify each card?

Depends where but yeah, verification is likely very likely. You'd be better off trying to find a way to load onto a prepaid, then you can cash right the fuck out

Know any prepaid?  the issue I have online is most use that Verfied by Visa Bullshit

How about you use real information so you can pass verification? 

You're never going to get any significant amount of money cleared unless you use real information because you're accounts will get limited then you're fucked because you used fake info.

Here in the UK they check credit checks and I can pass them as I know some peoples DOB address etc

I just need to cash them out
