So far I'm three episodes in.  Kind of a sucker for all things Batman, but put this off for a while.  The first episode was mildly disappointing but still interesting enough for me to keep watching.  Like there are some really cheesy lines that are like over the top dramatic, and some of the acting is a little meh.  Think I've been spoiled with Breaking Bad type TV and should cut them some slack.  Storylines are decent enough, it's just those brief moments where you feel like you're watching a gritty soap opera that get to me.

Anyway, then it kinda got better.  You'll have to get over the fact that this is a completely new re-imagining that has very little to do with the comics.  Pretty much just a cop drama set in Gotham city.  There are constant reminders that you're watching something Batman, like meeting lots of his villains as kids.  Bruce Wayne is a troubled kid.  Characters are surprisingly envisioned as bisexual.

Overall, worth watching imo.  Anyone else seen much of this?
