In court on the 9th

Got caught with no insurance back in May. The funny thing is i cancelled my policy with another insurer the day before i got caught because the bastards automatically renewed it. So in essence they were saving my bacon, but because i thought i was still insured with the other i thought nothing of it.

Now i have to suck the Magistrates' cocks and plead my case. I've only been driving 1 year, 8 months which means if i get 6 points for no insurance, i get  a 6 month + ban and my BMW 520D will lay useless on my fucking driveway.

Also i'll have to take public transport to the office with all the other bus wankers.

Fuck my life right now.

I don't know. If it was a simple misunderstanding and a matter of switching insurers, then I think you should be able to get off.
