Idiosyncrasy Is Stepping Down

I'm sad to report that Idio has deemed it necessary to leave his position due to his unavoidable inactivity. Here's the full post he put up in the *REDACTED*

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around lately. I'm not really sure how to go about this, so I'll just go about it.

Arnox, you have done an awesome job with the site, but for the best interests of The Sanctuary and for myself, I need to step down from the staff.

It's not you, it's me. Had to say it. But really, I was reminded why I trailed off from totse2. Life has just gotten to where it is unmanageable to keep up with my commitment. I now have even more responsibilities at work, which I often have to take home with me, and then family occupies much of my time. I will also be finishing up school in a couple months. Also, if I may be frank, I simply have lost the motivation I once had to manage an online community. As Jeff Hunter said, I am feeling burnt out (which ironically follows your post of feeling burnt out that I just read). Even if easy-e decides to restore totse2, I would resign. But in his case, it wouldn't be just because of the reasons I listed above; it would also be because of how he left me and the rest of the community behind with little to no communication.

A main point is that I feel I would do a disservice to the site to remain on staff, knowing that my presence would be limited. I still would like to come here and engage in discussions with everyone, but I do not feel like I would represent the staff well to not make time to enforce the rules and make a commitment of meaningful contributions. I will still try to contribute, though.

I really appreciate the trust that you have instilled in me because I can see the passion you have behind everything you have done. I will still be around, and I will always be here to talk about anything you guys want to talk about, but this is the state of the Idio.

Idio, I'm gonna miss you, man. Thanks for everything you've given totse2 and The Sanctuary.
