I've once smoked (smoked, not vaped) the biggest baddest hit of hash oil possible and it ruptured some shit in my lung or somewhere. Anyway, I coughed and coughed and the oil hit me hard so I throw up while still holding the bong. It felt like the smoke was trapped inside of me and I couldn't breath for a couple seconds that felt like an eternity.

Yea, I threw up/coughed a glass full of fresh blood from smoking a hit that was a bit too big but I was SO FUCKING HIGH that I didn't really give a shit about it. Nothing bad happened since.

Friend of mine did the same stunt, i think.

He had a two-headed bong that was trying to kill him.
After the doublehit, he placed the bong on the table, got down on the floor, and looked like he was choking. Which he was.
He was gasping for air, and it pretty much looked like he was dying.

Apparently the smoke found a way into his chest cavity, where it would apply preasure to heart and lungs.
After 20-40 seconds, he was fine again.

A few months later or so, he decided to try again and failed again, almost died again.
