Whenever I try browsing this site with my phone everything seems to be broken.
Some text are too small to read, and some area needs to be zoomed in to be accessed.

So, Can we have a responsive theme for this site or just a better mobile mode?
Or at the very least just add some little more css to http://www.intosanctuary.com/index.php?wap
Reading the mobile version for the site is rather painful not to mention you have to manually add the wap to the url

SMF has a mobile mode already built in.

It's pretty bare-bones though.

Yeah, but it still has the same problem, very lack of styling
http://www.intosanctuary.com/?wap2 also has similar styling but it looks a bit better due to proper width adjustment in phone

We can create a simple css that gives them the same color scheme and background but I doubt anybody would volunteer.
And after googling it appears every responsive theme either paid or abandoned half-way.

Oh well, I guess it's just to late to migrate to other forum engine just for a mobile user.

The only one I would be willing to migrate to is vBulletin 4.

Well, vBulletin is a paid platform, you can always get the 'free' version still...
If you prefer paid one, I hear a lot of good things from xenforo, less bloated, simpler interface, not to mention cheaper.
Comparing them before choosing one might be a good idea (IPB is still bad though)

Back on the free forum, SMF in my opinion is really great and really light weight, the biggest downside there are little support on mods and themes hence the current problem. People seems to prefer myBB but I don't know, phpBB is bloated don't use that.

But in the end a simple mobile interface is all we need, which is something that can be done with some tweaking in css. How about posting the theme to github or something so members can give  you a pull request so the forum itself is made by community.

Or you can follow dfg and install vanilla.

Is anyone willing to do that?

Well for starter, if it's just a pull request for small tweaks like fixing the personal message overflow I would.
Later on there might be a member with a good programmer skills that might help in, who knows.
