I just re-read the OP and I can't figure out how Arnox was offended by it.

Sometimes I worry that I have cold eyes so I try to let my eyelids fall more so they look softer and more stoned I guess. True story. Maybe this transfers over text based mediums too

Sorry, I meant to say "thread" instead of "post."

Religious diversity is a beautiful thing.

Explain why you think this is true

Religions are all beautiful representations of cultures and ancient traditions all over the world.  Human expression is always wonderful!

I also like that there are so many similarities to be found among the religions.  Like there truly must be a great deal of truth expressed in these spiritual practices, because all human societies seem drawn to them in some form or another.  Mormon, Buddhist, Muslim... we're all basically the same.

And we have much to learn from one another.  Studying and embracing the truths that others find in the world should make it easier for us to embrace the truths we find in ourselves and in our religious practices.

Is that a good enough explanation for you? :P

What about satanism?  Or .....ancient mesoamericans whos religious practices involved brutal decapitations and dismemberment?  Are those 'beautiful representations of cultures and ancient traditions'?

I honestly never understood what "satanism" even was.

But those other religions have great mythologies that helped them explain the way of the world and find meaning within it.  So yeah, beautiful! :)

Mormons hate the government and stock their basements with food and guns and they have many wives to work and make money, clean the house and polish the knob.
Smoke some weed and get laid!  Doctor's orders!
