Cell Phone Built-In Voice Changer

Trying to making my voice very deep when calling someone. My phone has an electret condenser microphone like most phones today. These microphones come with an amplifier, can I  modify these? or can I only do this by changing the audio signal?

Learn to speak with a deep voice.

I have multiple voices I can speak in, even a female one, but that one is shitty.

A quick search reveal this, but it may be malware, so be careful...

That app may not be for phone calls.  Searching the Play Store, it looks like most apps aren't very great for this.
