would this be a thing that could be done realistically?

if you get semi-acquianted with the people that come in and out of the courts, as a service, if they're out on bail, or someone else contacts you on their behalf...once their in jail you could equally spray each part of a letter you send with RCs likes benzos/psychedelics(maybe a bad idea) etc.

so then (making up random prices)
it could be 100$ for two legitimate looking letters to send to the prisoner  with each 1x1 inch of the paper containing like 1-3mg of phenzepam so you can get raped in prison and enjoy every moment of it

is it technically illegal to mass-send generic letters painted in RCs for profits?

A lot of jails and prisons these days copy all inmate mail and give the inmate a copy instead of the original.  You guys act like these people have not had 10,000 ignorant fucks doing the exact same thing, so they put a stop to it.
