Aye, I emailed Arnox, half-hoping his email account is linked to a cell phone and he gets notified immediately.

Mine is linked to my phone.  I get notifications when you guys send a PM or report a post.  Personally, I prefer you to use the report button because it makes it easier to go directly to the post and deal with it quickly, but either way is fine.  Thanks for the help from all.

Banning people and deleting posts are the top powers of a mod, IMO.  Moving and merging threads, setting stickies, editing posts and whatever else there is really doesn't matter, so general staffing policies would apply to whomever would become a mod.
