As the Handbook would continue to urge him throughout its pages, Rod took the commitment to rape very seriously.  There was even a "contract" form provided-once again for the purpose of strengthening resolve.  Rod found the very idea a shocking thrill, and signed it with excitement, though the contract was of course for his eyes only.  And as suggested, he memorized the short text of the contract to repeat aloud as an "affirmation" during masturbation.  The Handbook promised that such affirmations, when made in conjunction with vivid planning and fantasizing about the intended victim, would turn commitment into action-and action is exactly what Rod wanted.

HOW TO RAPE A GIRL

Once you're sure that you want to rape a girl, it's very important to plan meticulously.  Statistics show that a carefully planned rape is far more likely to be successfully executed.  If you follow these simple guidelines, you may rape with confidence and impunity-these are time-tested and foolproof techniques.  Add this to the fact that more than half of all rapes are never even reported.  Go get her!

* SELECTING A VICTIM *

We have already emphasized the importance of selecting a hot young dicktease-type (usually between the ages of 9 and 25), as these are the girls most deserving of forced sex, and hence the most gratifying to rape. If you do not yet have your target, there are three broad courses of action to be chosen from:

1) Search your community

2) Search outside of the community

There is even less chance of identifying a stranger who rapes outside of his community, but a slightly greater chance of arousing suspicion when targeting the victim-take extra care!  Stalking is even more difficult.  It is for this reason that this type of victim search is more conducive to the "abduction" rape strategy (also discussed below).  Consider, too, that if you are partial to this particular strategy, it will be safer to execute it outside rather than inside your community.  The mysterious utility van that was parked outside of 14 y/o Amber's school just before she disappeared will suddenly look a lot less mysterious when found parked in a local driveway the next day!

3) Wait for the "Perfect Opportunity"

This is the attitude of most non-committed, wishy-washy aspiring rapist-types, and is something of a cop-out.  If you are serious about raping a girl, carefully planning it (in addition to your affirmation exercises) will help insure that you follow through.  And don't forget, once again, that the most successful rapes are planned.  But "waiting" is nevertheless a valid option.  You can do many things to maximize your chance of finding that perfect opportunity.  Have weapons and/or drugs available (see "drugs" below) whenever safely possible.  Be active and outside late at night.  Always pick up female hitchhikers.  And if your daughter ever has a sexy friend sleep over, consider that a big, flashing green light.
 
If you have already selected your victim, it is time to make all necessary preparations in accordance with your rape strategy of choice.  As mentioned about, the two broad categories of rape strategy are opportunism and abduction, each with a "forcible" or "drugged" sub-option.  It is in regard to the 'opportunism' category that a discussion of drugs is most relevant.

* DRUGS *

All rape strategies, to some extent, involve a process of isolating the victim from any social milieu that might attempt to assist her (even participating in the gang-rape of some unconscious underaged drinker at a house party involves an element of "isolation", if her rape is safely confined to a back bedroom).  Certain drugs offer excellent means of accomplishing this-particularly either in contexts where drugs are already being used, or within your own home:

Alcohol  --  The most common drug implicated in rape.  The importance can not be overstated for the "perfect opportunity" seeker.  Buy her drinks.  Mix her drinks.  Make sure that hers are extra strong, and that they keep coming.  A little of this kind of pressure can go a long way, and opportunities to get her alone will open up.

GHB  --  An illegal sedative on the rise for recreational-and date-rape-use.  It is excellent for these purposes due to its colorless liquid form, and its powerful sedating effects, particularly in conjunction with alcohol.  Dosage should not exceed a single "drop" if the intended victim has been drinking even moderately-GHB overdose can be lethal.  Consult your local dealer for more information.

Ketamine  --  An illegal tranquilizer also popular for recreational use, commonly seen in the same circles as GHB use.  As a date-rape drug, it offers certain advantages over GHB.  Its potential for toxicity is lower.  Your victim will also not be totally unconscious-at a high dose, she will simply too disoriented to resist.   Can be found in pill, powder, and liquid form.  Dosage varies-once again, consult your local dealer.

Rohypnol (or "roofies")  --  Once the date-rape drug of choice, it has waned in popularity due to its criminalization, and due to the manufacturer adding a telltale blue dye to the formula, for the purpose of subverting the usual strategy of "spiking" the victim's drink.  However, as with everything, it is still available in Mexico, and alcoholic beverages can be made with Blue Curacao, you know...
