Head Shrinkers / Re: Benefits of not being technology's bitch?
« on: October 03, 2014, 05:30:14 pm »
I'm more concerned at people's attitudes towards technology that gets them so aggressive. It's so close minded to not accept change and progression. It's like when Louie CK whines about his kid having a cell phone and then going "I used to dig holes with a stick!" Okay, but what made you fucking around with a stick "better?" Times change, the world changes, and it will continue to change. It's like trying to whine and fight evolution or something (not saying you're whining, just making a point.)

I would just like to know where everyone got the idea that a smart phone, or other technology, is "bad." Sure, if someone is addicted to it and can't live without it, that's not really a good thing, but it's the same as if someone was addicted to wrenching on a car or climbing trees. "Everything in moderation" is a phrase that serves a purpose.

The internet/technology and being "always connected 24/7" has changed the entire way the human race works. It's made us have the ability to communicate with every country and a "whole." Do you realize how amazing that is? Exchanging photos, and comments, and ideas between people from different sides of the planet?  Technology has brought upon a new era, and maybe it's time we embrace that new era, because there will be many more in the future.

But what you're talking about is social manipulation and that shit needs to go. Spending millions to make a certain sound or color bring upon emotions you want to sell people junk? Those are the people that need to be rounded up on trains and put into mass death camps. The people who spend months trying to put together certain color patterns and fonts and jingles to manipulate you into buying some garbage that you don't even need...those are the ones that should be publicly executed.

It's the same with someone's kid being a lawyer. We all know lawyers are disgusting, professional pieces of shit, but for some reason every idiot mom and dad will brag their kid is a lawyer because there's a high paycheck involved. They know their kid is a professional lying piece of shit. Now what if a lawyer made $9.50 an hour? It's the same job details. Are you going to brag to the family about how your kid passed the bar and is a lawyer, aka, professional scum?

Yes, it's always women who are completely insane and hysterical and have no logical thoughts in their heads, right? They need to change. Not us men, with our rational thinking, and our testosterone and our need to fuck everything in sight, constantly compare dick size, and beat our chests to show how manly we are.

Can we just start 9-11ing all these types of men? Please?

They won't be missed.

What exactly do you do with someone's information? As in, say I had yours, what would I do? Send a few pizzas to your house or subscribe you to ebony magazine and then get bored after a week?

Just lost on me.

Spurious Generalities / Re: All the alts-where are the originals?

People should have been forced to transfer their names from Totse -> Zoklet -> Sanctuary

It's like one day if Stone Cold Steve Austin showed up and was like "Nah my name is Crazy Steve."  Shit don't work.
Stone Cold Steve Austin has actually wrestled under the ring names

Steve Williams
The Ringmaster
The Texas Rattlesnake
The Bionic Redneck
and Stunning Steve

The more you know.

No, I know that. But once he became Stone Cold Steve Austin, drinking beers and beating up Vince McMahon, that's the name he goes by.

People know and recognize names and I don't understand changing it. Unless your name was like "ILUVSARAH" and Sarah sucked your best friend's cock.

There ARE two types of people.

Those who care about humans and those who care about the dollar.

Bitch & Moan / Re: Ordered a new pair of yoga pants
« on: September 13, 2014, 11:12:37 am »
yoga pants are retarded. everytime i see some chick in them at the rock gym i just lololol and feel happier kicking their ass in my baggy capri pants even when i'm not that good of a climber as others.

If you don't like women in yoga pants, you are gay.

Yoga pants are for people who are going to do YOGA. They aren't for people to wear as casual wear for fuck's sake. That's like me dressing up as a construction worker or doctor and go "what? no this is just a comfortable outfit. Don't be so judgemental...."

If you are wearing yoga pants, GUY OR GIRL, and aren't on your way to or from a yoga class, I wish your demise. I wish some dad who finally got fed up with life started driving like a lunatic and running people down and you were one of them.

Hey, shut up, man. I don't care what someone's doing with their day, I want to look at butts.

Are you people animals? Calm the fuck down. We get it, butts and vaginas. I can type "butts" into Google and find the best ones that exist at ANY time of the day.

Are you all THAT sex deprived? Jesus christ.

Games People Play / Re: one thing that fucking sucks about games these days
« on: September 06, 2014, 10:02:26 pm »
1. Turn off your PS3's connection.
2. Play game.

The games are fine. Would much rather shit that's broken get fixed instead of the old days where once the cartridge/disc was done, that's it.

I just started it today and it's pretty cool. I have it on PC. I do like playing it as the vigilante style not killing anyone. The missions and gang hang outs I go through using the take downs only.

People need to stop following releases of things and it'll let you actually enjoy them. I go into video games the same way I go into movies. Completely blind. You can enjoy it for what it is. Things are much better. I'm not sitting there on NeoGAF following every developer tweet and update and hanging on all the reviews. Too many people do that and then a really good game becomes a "mediocre" game just because you decided to hit "refresh" on the website every single day. Stop being a weirdo.

The same shit happened with Titanfall and the same shit is going to happen with the new Smash Brothers and Destiny.
