I was biking with my buddy to the bowling alley one summer when we were 12 or 13. I tried to cross a relatively busy street and couldn't see beyond a backed up line of traffic; got hit by a car going about 15 mph, rolled unto the head and sort of hit my head on the windshield then fell off to the side. I was out of it for a few seconds and upon coming to I felt just fine. We continued on and I told my friend I felt tired and got all worried telling me 'just don't fall asleep dude, don't fall asleep!'

I didn't fall asleep and we made it to the bowling alley and I bowled a couple good fucking games and that was that.
