It could be MDEA but I'd be really surprised since no one makes it unless there's a massive fuck up in MDMA synthesis
You'll basically know if it's ethylone if you feel next to nothing, if it's 5-apb it will be slightly psychedelic but not on the scale of MDA, MDEA will put you straight to sleep, 5-mapb will feel pretty similar to mdma
