None of the rep systems allow you to disable the public count because it completely defeats the purpose. Why hold a public poll if when the results aren't in your favor you dismiss it entirely? I had over 25 hundred thanks on Zoklet and it pushed me to contribute even more with more entertaining content to up the count. It gives us an incentive to make good posts. I don't see what's so bad about that...

Someone please do this. Arnox, would it possible to put the hot topics bar vertical to the right like on &Z? Sorry to bring up &Z but it was a legit setup, and we could link to current IRC and TinyChat rooms under the hot topics. Seeing the hot topics on the top is messy and on the bottom is redundant. I want to jump into this board but the setup is pretty rough to get used to. I fully appreciate what you've done here but I've been meaning to bring this up since the merge. I think the sooner you make the forums easier to navigate, the better. More people will contribute. Further more I have some ideas on how to promote this community with original content. I can't get serious about these ideas until the board is squared away. :?

I accessed it directly before it died. All new threads, posts, and private messages were disabled. It was a shell.

I think closing the regs was a bad move during the migration. I understand why it was done but it should be opened ASAP so that we can pile as many legit &Z members in here as possible. All the spam accounts will be banned eventually and those responsible will lose interest eventually. For now please open the regs so that the rest of the community can join up.
Also Arnox, side not, I saw this was mentioned but, when we click on a new thread it takes to us the bottom of the last page which is annoying if you haven't read any of a multiple page thread. On Zoklet, it would either take you to the first post if you hadn't read the thread before, or it would autoload you to the first new post in the thread based on where you previously left off. This makes navigating threads so much more convenient.
