That is seriously messed up. After decades of gruesome videos I would hope to be desensitized but, heck this video did a number on me...
But I would like to tackle a certain point of view.
Firstly let's us acknowledge that evolution takes millions of years to take effect. All of the carnage that once occurred–accounting horrendous acts from all parts of the world–is no longer, indeed there are bursts of inhumanity every day but it is certainly far less worse than it used to be. What keeps us 'civilized' then? I like to picture a huge cloud of 'conscious' floating above us. Meaning, what makes us more civil is not our innate self, rather it is the accumulation of years of human progress stored in that cloud. In other words, our civility is handed down to us, meanwhile the same gene pool that once wiped entire civilizations still rests in our self. We haven't physically evolved, but evolved on a social level. We are not majestic peaceful creatures like the blue whale or the sloth, we are thieving, cunning, selfish, stinking yet intelligent primates.
Reading the comments you can notice the hive mind that resorts to bashing one race and callously battering its integrity. This emotion based hive mind is akin to that of those heartless individuals that bludgeoned that poor woman. Stop giving into your emotions. Emotions have a terrible and ugly side. Think critically. Stop the hate. Contribute to that cloud of consciousness.
