So i was thinking about buying a game on ebay and when i receive it i make complaint that the game doesnt work and try to get a refund or return it ,ill put a blank disc and keep the game.
i will use ebay click&collect so wont need a address
Is there anything else that i need to do?
im in UK if that makes difference.

Just say you never received it.
Most games won't be tracked.
Same on Amazon

oh , i thought new games like advanced warfare would be tracked or signed for.
if their not then it would be easy

Here in the UK it depends on how much it is
I once used to order loads of games under 10, none were tracked I contacted the sellers direct and they all refunded me.
I rinsed and repeated. Never paid for a game for like 2 years.
But if you buy a more expensive game it may come tracked especially if purchased from a company.
