Title: Voice Changer
Post by: Suicidal Fish on November 25, 2014, 03:39:00 pm
I have a windows phone and I need to make a call with a different voice.

Anybody know an app or something else I can use?

Uses a computer though. I think the problem with an app being available is that it's not legal at all. I don't know if there is any app available through a grey/dark market though. Definitely not going to be on Google Play.

it encodes in realtime, but doesn't specify whether it'll work on-call

You would plug it into your phone and use as a headset input. So yes, it will work on-call. The computer sits between the mic and the phone so you can do anything you want.
