Today I was having sort of an "O.C.D. attack" i'll call it, and I put my hands around my neck and strangled myself a lil bit and it kind of worked! I got all light headed almost passed out and the stress of what was bothering me momentarily went away. I think I'm gonna do this more

ha. my buddy and I used to choke each other out in the basement laundry room (ifyouknowwhatimeen)after hearing about it. it was fun the first 5 or 6 times and then I believe we moved on. I remember liking the distinctly peculiar feeling I'd get upon coming to, after being passed out for 5 or 10 seconds. At first as I woke up I'd have no clue where I was or what was going on, and then as my brain put it back together I'd get this surge of happiness. I'd say this was the closest thing to my first true notable drug-like experience. I hadn't even started smoking cigs at that point- I think we were in 6th or 7th grade.
You need to hyperventilate for a good minute or two before you breath in deeply before you cut off the arteries.

Thinking of taking up this new alternative form of stress relief. May also follow it up with setting everything ablaze literally and metaphorically and laughing maniacally while talking about being "ahead of the curve."

Take a few codeine instead. It will give you a warm, fuzzy feeling when you're feeling anxiety. You can get generic ones off the shelf.
